I just cannot understand why this club regularly employs a waitress who is right out of a Stephen King horror movie.
Harmony has a great pub bar, outside dining porch and terrace with a view of the Ausable River basin and the high Adirondacks that is to die for. A must see in the area.
Expert waitress Belinda and most staff give excellent service.
Surly and snarky even in her best smiling behavior, this other waitress is prone to turn nasty, wild, erratic, quite demeaning and disrespectful. To put it charitably and euphemistically, she is a legal compliance problem for her employer.
I cannot bring guests - alone I can leave if I see her on shift. Taking guests to another nice place would be quite a drive - so I have to take them there in the first place.
It's a shame.

We ate dinner at the club house. The view of the lake is incredible. The bartender, drinks and bar crowd was very warm. We had a novel (and really good) caesar salad, the buffalo shrimp, blackened salmon with roasted red pepper sauce and a four cheese mac-n-cheese. The waitress is adorable. Eat here if your going to the ferry or Ausible chasm.

Nice local golf course that is a bit of a hidden gem. It is only 14 holes due to an inability to get permission to expand the additional 4 holes. But those 14 make for a great course. There are some beautiful views and a nice little club area. Pricing isn't too bad $25 with a cart on the weekend. The course is reasonably challenging if you play from the blue tees, is a pleasant course from the white and also great for beginners. It can get busy during the weekend, but is often open enough to walk on without a tee time, but they are recommended. Worth a trip if you're looking for a good course for a pleasant round.
Update: I also highly recommend stopping by the restaurant after a round of golf for a fantastic lunch! The turkey club is fantastic, and massive, you won't need dinner if you have it for lunch. Wait staff is friendly and the views from the deck are spectacular and you can watch the trials and tribulations of fellow golfers on the last hole as they finished out (especially from the bunker right next to the green).
