Marcel Stadtmann (Cityman) This course offers a fun and scenic round of golf right in the heart of the state park. The layout is fair but still challenging, with tree-lined fairways, rolling terrain, and a couple of holes where water definitely comes into play. Greens roll true and are kept in good shape, though some areas of the fairways could use a little extra attention.
It’s a very playable course for golfers of all levels, and the peaceful natural setting makes the experience enjoyable even on a tougher day. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the green fees are reasonable for the quality you get.
Overall, it’s a solid spot to play if you’re in the area—especially if you enjoy combining golf with the outdoorsy vibe of a Tennessee state park.

Staff was so friendly felt like we was locals very helpful made sure to fill us in on the small things like calling at the turn to have a snack ready to grab even though they have a sign with number on the cart path ,course was as good as a lot of 100 dollar courses for this time of year especially ,from the flush fairways to the greens that are totally awesome .I fill a lot of people that run golf courses could come here and take away with them a ton of things that could make people enjoy the game that can be a little rough at times ,if you enjoy golf this place will not disappoint for sure .will be back and looking for a retirement home as well .
