I am very new to golfing, so this’s review may not mean a lot. For the most part, the fairways and greens seemed like they were in decent shape, but I played the rough quite a bit and I expected the grass to be shorter and less mud. The carts were great and the course has a good variety of obstacles and features.

Came down from Michigan and will be back. Course was in amazing condition for the time of year. Greens were immaculate and the layout is challenging but very fun.

I played here a couple of weeks ago with my dad and uncle who are from out of town. Staff was friendly. There was very little play on the course and it felt like we had the course to ourselves, which was odd considering the absolutely perfect weather. One of the staff attributed the slow play to football season causing reduction in play, but I'm not buying it. My home course is packed this time of year and we have plenty of football fans. I'm only giving 4 stars as a fair review since I think the green fees are a bit high ($75) for what you get. The layout is fun. The two nines are very different, almost like playing two different courses, but both are fun to play. Greens are slow but they're nice and roll true. The green fees include a cart but not range balls. The range was mats only, which I'm guessing they're working on rebuilding the tee box, but it seems like they've been "mats only" for quite a while. We couldn't get a hot dog or hamburger at the turn since the grill was closed (odd for a Saturday afternoon) so you had to grab a snack and pay at the pro shop counter. They have a huge practice green which they charge people to use and that just doesn't make sense to me. It's hard enough to encourage people to practice their short games, much less charge them for it. The carts have GPS and have a nice feature that lets you point to any place on the fairway /green to see distances. Some holes are cartpath only so you have to pay attention so the cart doesn't get mad at you and shuts down. That didn't bother us though. Just trying to give helpful notes to the owners from my observations. Overall it was a nice experience, easy to get a tee time and I'd definitely come back.
