excellent from start to finish. The property offers a beautiful setting with plenty of parking, clean and comfortable facilities, and easy access to both the golf course and event areas. The staff went above and beyond to make our company’s workshop a success.
A special thank you to Dave at the front desk, who provided top-notch service—professional, courteous, and quick to assist with anything we needed. He set a great tone for the stay and made check-in smooth and efficient. Heather, who helped coordinate our workshop, was equally outstanding. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail ensured that everything ran perfectly, from the setup to the event flow.
The resort itself is well maintained with a relaxing atmosphere, great dining options, and a layout that’s easy to navigate. Whether for business or leisure, Heritage Hills delivers a high-quality experience supported by a truly dedicated team. Restaurant was nice and fairly priced.
We’ll definitely be returning for future events.

HOTEL REVIEW ONLY:
Stayed one weekend for a wedding & did no golfing, so I won’t speak for the those facilities.
The hotel is the absolute NASTIEST room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. As soon as we walked in, it reeked of cigarette smoke, after I had signed a “no smoking” disclosure. Many of the hallway areas leading down to the bar are musty-smelling, stained, chipped, etc.
Went to take a shower & accidentally touched hairs that were wrapped around the faucet handles. NOT. MY. HAIRS.
After gagging repeatedly, I went to lay on the bed with DIRTY, BLOOD-SOILED LINENS THAT WERE NOT CHANGED! Photos attached.
At this point it was obvious my ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN BETWEEN GUESTS.
I went down to the front desk with the pillow as evidence, got a very meek apology, and was then asked “would you like another room?” UHH?? What’s my other option??? “No actually I’d rather stay in the disgusting BIOHAZARD one???”
No other offers of compensation, reduced rate, nothing.
The room I was moved to was then a worse view, overlooking the parking lot/highway, instead of the nice resort. So I got a DOWNGRADE. It smelled better & had comforters on the beds, which were also not present in the first room .
Not much else going on in the area, but if you can, golf here & then sleep SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My family and I arrived late and I called ahead to let them know of our car trouble as I was worried we would lose our reservation. It was a very pleasant experience. Miss Amy who was at the front desk wasn’t bothered at all by our very late arrival and she was very kind and efficient. She checked us in quickly with no problems at all. She gave us the run down on activities during the weekend. She really made our late evening more pleasant from our traveling woes. Our room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping was up to par. We enjoyed the craft pizza at attached restaurant. It was an overall very nice stay. We would definitely stay again if we have to travel through Pennsylvania.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Extra pillow was a plus plus. Heating system was a bit noisy. Broke my sleep. I'm a light sleepier. Staff was very professional and friendly.

This is not fit for hockey. If you're thinking of scheduling a hockey tournament here, DON'T. The ice surface and facilities are awful. We had games where the ice was soaked in an inch of water (from the zamboni, not from rain), and where the ice was like sandpaper, both situations resulting in the puck not sliding at all.
Worse, there were several large cracks in the ice that made it unsafe for kids to skate. The area would be a subpar backyard rink, surrounded by mud and rocks.
The dressing area for 4 teams is a small shed. The "resort" should upgrade the facilities if they are going to use hockey as a way to fill up the hotel in the winter.
