Caesars Pocono Palace Cove Haven Tee Times

I stayed for a couple of nights and I have to say this place is great! I brought my girlfriend and there were lots of activities for us to do. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. The room was in very nice condition I was skeptical because I have seen some of the other reviews. There were no signs of mold or bad room conditions. Sure there were some scratches on the inside of the champagne glass tub but it was very clean. This place has been around for so long you must go for the experience at this point. 10/10 I highly recommend!!!

We stayed during Valentine’s Day weekend. The drive was great. We decided to book the champagne tower room. My first impression was it needed to be touched up as far as the paint in the tub and the ceiling had water stains. The overall room was dirty I cleaned it. Hair was around the tub and bathroom floor. The massage table had dirt on it. The heart shaped pool was never heated. I did complain to front desk. I was really disappointed. The bed was very comfortable. The food was fair. For $2000 I expected more! I will not be returning.

Stayed here 2/20-2/22! I honestly was a little worried with the reviews but honestly I had a great experience. Our room was nice and kept to par. (Garden of Eden Apple) The activities from our CXO Casey was awesome! Our only problem we had was at the spooners bar and our dinner server. It was the same person, they couldn’t pour drinks and their coworker was running around handling other guests (which is understandable). Besides that, it took 25 minutes to get my boyfriend drink. Then at dinner we had the same person, and then forgot to take my boyfriend’s order at dinner. I had to mention that he wanted to order. It felt like they didn’t want to be there or cared. The waitress we had the night before was amazing though! She honestly set our vacation up right! Wish we had her the whole time. The deer were so cute and loved feeding them! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in one of the champagne suites and absolutely loved it. The suite was charming and romantic with private heart shaped pool, champagne tower hot tub, and a dry sauna. The service we received was above and beyond. Every staff person was attentive and very nice. The food was very good, think classic American steak house. There were lots of fun activities to participate in and live entertainment. Get your buns over there hun!

My boyfriend and I went back in November of 2025 for my birthday. So I'll go over the pros first.. 1. Beautiful scenery and secluded like we wanted. 2. Off the beaten bath and had a lot of amenities on site including in our room which had a jacuzzi tub, heart shaped bed and in-room dipping pool. 3. Romantic little vibe and very friendly staff. Drinks were pretty good and breakfast was continental with options to order other things on the menu. Cons.. 1. It was very outdated. We saw water marks on the ceilings and we got rose petals on in our room and on our bed and the next day had a full ant infestation. 2. The food wasn't great. The menu selections were the same every night except one and there was little to no seasoning in most of the dishes. Standard hotel food. Give it a 2.5 out of 5. 3. Finding the room was an adventure. The trails and parking lots were pitch black and the signs were impossible to read until the light of day came around. 4. Their game room/facilities were very outdated as well. Think the Dirty Dancing game rooms/options..nothing exciting really. 5. For what we got, it was very overpriced but it was the week of a holiday (I'm a Thanksgiving baby) but you'd be better off booking a cruise for the amount we spent. We did have a good time but it is in desperate need of upgrades almost everywhere. But I will invest in a cruise next birthday. Just a last minute quick trip away.
