Heather Downs Country Club Tee Times

We can’t thank the entire team enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, the service, attention to detail, and genuine care from everyone involved went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding coordinator, Amanda, was truly incredible — organized, caring and always one step ahead. She made the planning process so much easier and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. It allowed us to relax and really take in every special moment. Even got my kitty Poe in the wedding decor! The venue staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive to our guests’ every need. So many of our friends and family commented on how friendly and efficient the team was throughout the evening. And we have to give a huge thank-you to Head chef Krystal and Sous Chef Andrew. The food was absolutely phenomenal — beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. We are still getting compliments about the meal! In addition all dietary accommodations were accounted for and everyone had a special meal to eat at dinner. I can’t thank them enough for the time and effort they put into making sure everyone’s belly’s were full of food safe for them. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and that’s thanks to the amazing people who made it happen. We’ll cherish the memories forever and can’t recommend this venue and team highly enough. We love you HDCC!!! - The McLetchie’s

I am a professional wedding videographer, and when it came time to get married we searched for the best venue that met our needs. Heather Downs blew us away even before our wedding day. The tasting was perfect and when it came time for planning and the day of the wedding. Amanda was perfect and her staff was AMAZING! There is not one even remotely bad thing I can say about them. We have guests still over a month past the wedding raving about the staff, the food, the drinks and the venue as a whole. We even added a third meat; Kielbasa for my Polish heritage and the Chef was so happy about doing so! Amanda helped decorate our tables exactly how we wanted them and it was just like my wife's vision she had. We had pre entrance cocktails, and our head table had the exact drinks we wanted for toasts. It truly was the perfect day!!! I will be sure to tag them in our professional wedding photos and videos to come!

We had another great year hosting our company golf outing of 15-18 teams at Heatherdowns. Brian is a tremendous host and works to facilitate everything you need for a great outing! We love this local golf club and find them to be very generous, a great value, and the perfect setting for a fun event! Plus their food is very solid!

Dear Amanda, You asked us when we picked up our dinner if we would let you know what we thought of the carrot dish. Please believe me when I tell you it was the big hit othe dinner, BUT I don't want you to think any of the other dishes weren't also hits. Actually the men in our party raved about everything. We women did too, and even add how impressed we were wiith the containers and how easy they were to place in the fridge for maximum room. Absolutely everything went off PERFECTLY. This is our second time we had you do our Thanksgiving dinner; and are so glad you are back into business. We called last year to order but discovered you were doing a kitchen renovation much to our disappointment, but so glad its been completed and your available again. Also pleased you are doing Mothers Day and Easter. I'm sending my and my daughters phone numbers and if y ou also add pick up for either, give us a call. Again thanks for the wonderful dinner, just another thing to be thankful for. We hope you too had a wonderful day. God Bless you and your crew. Ruth Ann Boehk

Heather Downs hosted our annual family golf outing/fundraiser again this year on Thanksgiving morning. The team there did an excellent job ensuring all had a great experience. The customer service was first class and the course looked beautiful. We are so excited to come back next year in 2025 for the 60th Annual Turkey Day Open!
