Played the course on 10/10 and agree with everything shared by David Ward. Great layout. Excellent condition. Greens rolled true. BUT..... the pace of play was absolutely brutal. We waited a minimum of 5-10 minutes on every tee. That totally takes away any rhythm or enjoyment. Might try again a weekday morning to see if it's any better.

Course is in fantastic condition and its a great layout. The problem is the pace of play is always atrocious. Get ready for a 6 hour round of golf! I've never seen a marshal move anymore along and they push out tee times 6 minutes apart so the course is jam packed. We tee'd off 15 minutes later than scheduled. They just don't care about pace of play once they get your money they're not helping you.

This is the best course I have played in MA. The greens were flawless, the course layout was deceivingly challenging, and the course conditions in general were in great shape. The golf carts were insanely comfortable, with a built in tablet displaying distancing, score tracking, etc. This course was expensive, $95 or so for a weekend 18 w/ cart but you are definitely getting your money worth.
