My sister was here recently and we thought we'd play the Council course. I had played there a couple years ago and it was rough then, but reasonable for a $10 green fee an $10 cart fee for any number. It is still a cow pasture full of weeds an you can lose your ball on the fairway in the tall weeds and grass. It is a shame because this could be a boon for Council. The prices are twice as much now for a terribly kept couse. I was embarrassed to take my sister an I will not make the mistake of going golfing there again. Meadow Creek in New Meadows is a reasonably priced course for a beautifully kept older course.

This is an amazing course with panoramic views of the mountains all around you. Great pricing and a nice, relaxing feel. I'm excited to go there more.
