I've been connected to Applewood Golf Course since the mid-nineties when I first met the owners shortly after they purchased the property. Even back then, their passion for the game and their commitment to building a welcoming golf community were clear. Today, it’s incredible to see how that vision has flourished. Applewood is one of those rare courses that combines great layout, friendly service, and a genuine family feel. The course is always well-maintained, the staff is consistently helpful, and there’s a level of pride in the operation that you simply don’t find everywhere. It’s the kind of place where both seasoned players and weekend golfers feel right at home. Watching it grow over the years has been a pleasure, and every visit reminds me why it’s one of the best values and most enjoyable rounds you can find in the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great day of golf.

Great golf course. Played Sunday. Pace of Play was great. Greens are on excellent condition. Fairway ok. Could need on some spots more maintenance. Layout absolutely great, and sometimes challenging to play. Price on golf now is great for this Place. Overall we had a great round and a lot of fun!

The pro shop allowed a group of 5 to start on #10 and when I called to complain, the man inside said that I should be the one to approach the group. I didn’t know that I was now a paid employee of Point South and should do their job. I was also charged a full 9 hole price when I had a rain check from a previous round that I paid full price of $30 for a round. So I am penalized for weather as well. I do not recommend this course anymore as it is obviously not well run.
