Our first experience at this course was last year in 2024 and we had an amazing time! The course conditions were amazing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the greens were perfect so we decided to return again this year and to our surprise, everything was even better! The greens were meticulously maintained, the fairway was like carpet and the entire staff was so incredibly helpful! We enjoyed it so much that we returned the following day to play another 18 holes and we will certainly be back next year during our annual trip! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Marcel Stadtmann (Cityman) Well-maintained and friendly! The course at Cypress Knoll is in great shape, with smooth greens and a layout that’s truly amazing—both scenic and thoughtfully designed. Loved how the course winds through the woods, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It offers a fair but challenging round. The staff was welcoming, though the pace of play slowed noticeably on the back nine. Still, a solid local option for a relaxed round of golf.

Pros:
Course is very challenging. Greens are fast, small, in good shape. Extremely narrow fairways surrounded by OB/hazard on pretty much every hole. The par 4s here are brutal but fun. Approach shots to greens are some of the toughest I’ve played.
Cons:
Clubhouse staff
Poor upkeep of rough areas and chipping areas around greens. Most chips green side are off dirt/sand in very tight lies on an already challenging course. If these areas had grass this course would be amazing.
The old guy in the clubhouse is on a power trip and ready to ruin your round before you start if he can. Avoid him and say as little as possible for best results when checking in.
People like the cashier at this course ruin good golf communities. After playing here 15-20 times in the last year, I’ll probably now mostly avoid Cypress as a Palm Coast resident with all the choices we have in the area because of the clubhouse staff.
If clubhouse staff weren’t old/senile and the green side areas had grass, this would be a 5 star review.
