Location-wise, it is a bit farther to drive compared to other Vancouver venues, but the extra travel is rewarded with a peaceful setting, fewer crowds, and a unique backdrop for wedding photos. We booked Tsawwassen Springs for our wedding but ultimately had to cancel due to an a change in our work location towards the states. With the move happening so suddenly, and in the political climate and border regulations having amplifying explained the situation. We understood there was a contract, but the management showed zero leniency or empathy regarding our deposit given the extenuating circumstances. That was okay and we closed that chapter. However, the reason for this 1-star review is their complete lack of organization. Around 8 Months after our cancellation, I received a generic, automated email from their team asking for "photos of the wedding" to use for their marketing and asking how our "big day" went and how happy they were to celebrate with us! What kind of non-sense is this! It is incredibly insulting to keep a couple's deposit, refuse a refund, and THEN have such a disorganized system that you ask them for photos of a wedding that never happened at your venue. It proves that you are just a number in their system and they value Business over people. I would not recommend trusting them with such an important day if they show this type of incompetence towards clients! Highly was a slap in the face. Sincerely

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect start to our journey together. From the moment of our surprise proposal here to the incredible wedding day itself, this venue has given us memories we'll cherish forever. The breathtaking setting made our engagement magical, and Lauren went above and beyond to bring our wedding vision to life. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism—Lauren truly made the entire process seamless and special. Thank you to the whole team, especially Lauren, for playing such a meaningful role in both our proposal and our marriage. We're so grateful to begin our forever in such a beautiful place.
