Nice Hotel - But super poor customer service experience. I asked if they could grab the pair of sunglasses left behind for me with a note in my friends room after checkout and they said they could send them to me. I assumed they were just super busy so it wasn't a problem. I got home and received an e-mail asking me to pay 25 dollars for them to send them to me. Honestly super shocking considering how nice the hotel is and that other hotels/dinning spots would send left behind items at no cost. Interesting policy, the front desk should of said something about the price of shipping.

Overall, my stay was fine. The first night there were a few bugs in my room, but I took care of them and didn’t see any after that. The bathtub had a consistent drip, which didn’t bother me much but did feel like a waste of water.
I self-parked, and retrieving my car was easy at $30 per day. The pools were heated, which was a nice touch, and there was plenty of seating around both the pools and common areas.
The restaurant consistently provided excellent service. I ordered a steak to share, and the peppercorn sauce was outstanding, demi-glace was questionable perhaps it was just molasses.
The rooms were very large and open, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. My room also had a patio, which I appreciated.
All in all, it’s a really nice property with great service throughout. That said, I wouldn’t personally choose it for a vacation stay — I was here for work. With rooms typically priced around $600 per night, I’m not entirely sure what demographic the hotel is targeting.
It’s not quite luxury, but it’s also far above a 2-star experience.

This resort is older but in the classic Spanish style advertised. Although it was a significant birthday no upgrades were available. We did get a beautiful view as requested with the room in the very back of the property. Beautiful grounds, pools, a lovely restaurant. Nice perks were added with excellent service. I’d return!

I am a big believer that you get what you pay for, which is why I had high expectations for this place. Sadly, I was very underwhelmed.
While the outside of the resort is beautiful, the rooms were mediocre at best. The bathroom is big & spacious, & has a huge soak in tub, but water leaks around the faucet of the tub to the point it made a puddle of water that dripped to the floor. The shower is beautiful & spacious, but the water barely got above lukewarm temperature. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear everything the people on the other side of the room said. Literally, their entire conversation word for word.
The resort staff were very attentive & friendly when we were outside & would engage us in conversation & I would often see them attending to guest who looked lost, so I appreciated that.
The pools & hot tubs are very nice. While I did not swim, I think it’s important to note the pools are heated & lit up at night. I believed there are 3 different pools & one is adult only & they close at 10 pm. There is plenty of seating to lounge around the pool if that’s something you like to do.
I also found the food to be pretty mediocre as well. I ordered my food well done & it came out looking pink. Overall, the place is nice but not for the price they charge.

Great experience at this resort! Great suites, excellent service, delicious food options and stunning mountain views. The staff were very friendly and helpful from carrying luggage to helping navigate the resort. Even deliveries and special requests were accommodated timely and efficiently. The spa is an added bonus, with a lot of amenities to offer making it worth the price. Highly recommend and kudos to the team that is doing a great job!
