Do you value a smoke free environment? If yes, then this is NOT the place for you! Constant flow of cigarette smoke outside from people smoking on the patio that’s feet away from the entrance. Always leaching into the building entrance and can’t even open our windows! Well I guess we could, if we want to inhale carcinogens daily! Do you value quiet upstairs neighbors? If yes, then this is NOT the place for you! Unless you don’t mind excessive noise from kids running, jumping and stomping all day like it’s a playground. Listen to the attached video for yourself! This is EVERDAY and ALL DAY. Do you enjoy relaxing without people sitting in their cars blasting music outside or in the underground garage? If yes, then this is NOT the place for you. We’ve brought up some issues to management, but have not heard a peep on anything. Not even an acknowledgment. This place has taken a turn since the last time I leased here. Reply to Wimmers Edited Response: Definitely not an error. I am very much an active resident as you can tell with added screenshot

Love my home at Deer Creek Run Apartments. Had some minor requests and the absolute best maintenance team! Efficient and friendly! Love it here! Plan to stay a long time! Pet friendly for our new puppy. Julio is always prompt and responsive to any issues needed as is Becca in the office.

Since Wimmer has taken over there have been a lot of improvements throughout the property. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests as well. Becca is super nice and willing to work with you on concerns.

My partner and I have lived at Deer Creek Run since May 2023. Our tour with Becca was our first tour, and we ended up choosing this place over the others! In 2024, we added a dog to our family. The grounds are peaceful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and there is excellent communication from the property manager, Becca. We love living here and don’t plan on leaving for a while!
