Pros: IMO- a wonderful layout for a course, adequate greens, challenging tight fairways, decent views, and unique holes. The Clubhouse/Restaurant staff are consistently nice and friendly.
Cons: This is an Oki Course, and many seasoned PNW golfers will understand what that implies. After Scott Oki sold his collection of courses to a non-US based international conglomerate, course conditions/maintenance have dramatically declined while tee time prices continue to rise. Over the past 4 years, despite numerous water jug holders placed throughout the course, I've yet to find any with an actual water container. I've also never encountered any ball washer actually filled with water. The course is swampy in the winter/fall, while summer brings many dry, unwatered, grassless areas. Tee boxes are mangled year round. This is ridiculous and unacceptable considering the price charged for Tee Times. Recently, I went to play a quick 9-holes, with low expectations knowing what winter golf can be like in the PNW. Course was a swamp but okay, and the greens were decent. My main issue is that they didn't inform me that hole 3,5, and 8 were temporary greens, nor was any discount offered. Inform golfers so they can decide whether or not they want to play!

Do not become a member at this golf club. They are very rude and do not know how to conduct conflict with their members good luck trying to cancel ever because they accountant never shows up for work and she’s the only person who knows how to do it. Best part of all she’s part time and never there when you need to cancel your account. I would recommend going to legion or snohomish golf course will never play here again.

Positives - nice clubhouse, friendly staff good practice facility (though not many covered mats for when it’s raining).
Negatives - not even close to worth the cost. Course is poorly maintained especially for $120+ weekend round (walking). Tons of bare spots and weeds. The Nile, which costs under $50 to walk is maintained much better and has better greens.
