My son and I had a fantastic time playing here twice over Thanksgiving break. Course was in excellent condition, prices are good and the people here are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We played this course twice while on vacation. Beautiful golf course! Very well maintained. Coastal links style. Fun track! Highly recommend playing here!

Moody’s is a very fitting name — because the staff were exactly that. The course itself is beautiful and in great shape, but the experience was overshadowed by rude and overly aggressive employees. We were in town for my bachelor trip and were only about 10 minutes behind pace with a foursome directly in front of us. Still, a marshal raised his voice at us over an extra club my brother was holding, even though we had permission from the pro shop. My brother recently had brain surgery, which made the lack of basic courtesy even more disappointing. After the 9th hole, we stepped inside the kitchen area and were told to go back outside after about two minutes so we wouldn’t “ruin pace of play.” Ironically, there is a large sign on the door stating guests may remain inside for up to five minutes — a rule we were completely willing to follow. We’re experienced golfers who respect the game and its etiquette, but we’ve never been treated this poorly at a course. Moody’s has the conditions of a great golf destination, but the hospitality falls well short. Great course… just be prepared for moody staff.
