Gorgeous course. Wide open fairways, with bunkers and water features adding some challenge. It was dead on a Saturday morning at 8:30 - we had no pressure from behind and no waiting on people in front of us. It had rained a few days before and the course was extremely soggy, but the greens were still in good condition. There is a shooting range nearby so you get some noise from that, but it didn’t bother us too much.

Only reason I’m giving this course two stars and not one is because I’ve played here before when it was in much better condition.
The course conditions were very disappointing. Several fairways were just full of dirt, mud, and large bare spots with little to no grass. There were also branches, debris, and piles of loose material along the cart paths.
The biggest issue was the pace of play. There were multiple fivesomes on the course, including the group directly in front of us, which caused significant delays. Tee times also appeared to be stacked too closely together, and there didn’t seem to be any meaningful effort to manage the flow.
I’ve played many other courses in the DFW area at the same price point that are significantly better maintained and better managed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this course.

Don’t go here and waste your time and money. One of the cheapest courses in the area, even after a price increase this year, but it SHOWS. On 01/02/2026, 76 degree great day, the course refused to sell range balls (even small bucket) after 4:30 pm. That’s over an hour before sundown at 5:33! They clearly need funds to improve the conditions and should not be limiting revenue like this. Wish this place could do better because there is potential here.
