Arcis Golf Tee Times

The Club at Weston Hills is in incredibly poor condition and is in need of a full renovation. It feels like you’re hitting cement when hitting out of bunkers, the putting surfaces are painted sand and in many areas they planted new sod making it impossible to putt. Many of the cart paths are broken and need to be replaced. The tee boxes are uneven and the people setting up the course don’t know what they are doing. They blame many of these issues on poor drainage This is a result of never investing the necessary dollars to renovate the courses. Recently they raised dues! It’s very sad to see how Arcis treats its members. Before joining this course, you should consider looking at other options.

Arcis bought our club in Weston, FL, and things have never been worse. Management has promised improvements to the courses for several years, yet all we get is increased dues and lame excuses. If you can, avoid their private equity backed course takeovers

ARCIS purchased several clubs in Arizona from Phil Michelson. Almost immediately, members noticed food quality deteriorating. Then they noticed staff turnover. Then a revolving door of incompetent club managers. I have never experienced a worse run organization than ARCIS. Countless layers of middle managers who get worn down by constant complaints and long hours. If you ever hear they are about to purchase your club, sell your home quickly or get used to paying the highest prices you’ve ever paid for the worst service. You’ll be constantly sold on cheesy events with promises of improved food & service just to be let down time and time again. If you’re a private club, get used to seeing hundreds of people you don’t know on the tee sheets because they open theirs clubs to every Tom, Dick and Harry. Their target customer is first time golfers that have no clue there is an abundance of better run clubs to choose from.

Avoid signing with Arcis like the plague. Signed up with Meadowbrook course in Lubbock ,TX on a month by month basis. Meadow closed January for remodel and has new management, and is no longer with Arcis. To ny surprise, i am charged by Arcis for the month of Jan for a course i cannot play on . I left multiple messages on the answering machine bc no one ever answers the phone. Never a reply! Arcis are thieves , no telling how many others in Lubbock are being ripped off.

I called Twin Creeks on 8/9/2022 to cancel my son's membership (740C1152) because he went back to his high school in Indiana. However, my credit card has been charged every month since then. So I stopped by the pro shop 3 times to cancel it, each time, I signed a piece of paper of cancelation, was told to receive refund in a few days. Obviously it didn't work, so I visited the pro shop a couple of days ago, they told me to contact ARCIS where nobody answers the phone. A cancelation shouldn't be this difficult! My problem is still unsolved, I'm extremely disappointed!
