The Preserve at Clinch River Club, LLC Tee Times

I have been in the Preserve of Oakridge several times, either dropping off or picking up passengers with my taxi service. This is an absolutely beautiful, well maintained subdivision. I will say that with all the street parking, I feel the roads could be a little wider. It is very difficult passing on coming traffic in the street parking area. Other than that. You could not ask for a better subdivision to live in. Of course, an area like this comes with an expensive budget.

Buyer Beware!! These homes are listed as affordable but that’s because they use low quality products to build your home. They do not stand by their warranty unless it’s a cheap fix, if it’s a big fix, you’re in for a fight! They will ignore all communications from you and I have heard of one woman being threatened with the police if she continued to call. Please please hire your own personal home inspector before giving them a dime! Once they have your signature and money, you mean nothing to them! After we purchased our home, is when we were told we made a mistake because Smithbilt does not have a good reputation for selling quality! They slap these houses up so fast and pay no attention to detail. There are so many more pictures I could post and stories I could tell!!! Look at other communities.

We were so fortunate to find Angela and The Preserve. We came from a situation (different location/builder) that was traumatic to say the least and Angela was supportive, attentive and incredibly flexible as we navigated out of that relationship and into The Preserve. With her help we were able to offer on a home, have our offer accepted and close on our home in about 6 weeks. It is an incredible feeling to have someone describe the house building plan and actually be able to follow through. We are thrilled with our Smithbilt Home and love the amenities, privacy and how welcoming this community is. Thank you Angela!!

We closed on our home in August 2020. We couldn't be happier with our decision to build with Smithbilt in The Preserve. Angela England was amazing to work with and continually went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and answer any questions we had. We went through the building process while living in Illinois so it was very challenging and Angela made the process so much less stressful. The subdivision has so many amenities to offer that we are and will take advantage of....the marina, wellness center, pool and golf course and there is even more. We also love all the amazing people we have met here. We often find ourselves saying we can't believe we get to live here. We are so blessed! We highly recommend The Preserve!

Location and eminities are great, most of the residents I've met are also. Little less HOA it seems which is a good thing to me.
