Beachwood Golf Club Tee Times

Had a really great time playing decided to go with this course as it was half the price of the top end we were considering. Glad that we did. We started before 7 AM and got done just over four hours. We were the second to tee off. Then there was split teatime so Folk started on the back nine mid morning and the course was filled up yet it moved quick enough. The staff was great. The course was in good condition. The greens rolled good. The sand bunkers were an excellent condition and had been maintenance the morning of. Overall, just an excellent experience. I can see why some people would rate it low based on frustration of pace of play alone, but I say Book with confidence that you will get to play some golf. Played the blues sloped 127 perfect day of golf 🦝🐗👏🏽🥇🐺🇺🇸🏆

Disappointed with this course. Starter told me it was “cart path only” and yet I witness half of the golfers ride in the fairways as the other starter told them separate information. Maintenance crew has zero ability to recognize golfers are on the course and left pins out of the hole and sat in mowers in the center of the fairway. Some even blasting music from their phones even while I’m at the green standing next to them. Greens are poorly maintained and inconsistent. A shame so many people get tricked into playing this course. Really hope some changes are made for the sake of future golfers.

We arrived early for our tee time, but there were no carts available. It was me and my cousin, who has a prosthetic leg, and instead of showing any empathy or flexibility, we spent several minutes being told where we couldn’t drive carts. That meant, I had to carry both bags to the driving range and carry back. Also, my disabled companion had to walk both ways as well. Seeing someone with a prosthetic, I would’ve expected a little more courtesy and accommodation. We teed off about 10 minutes late because a group of 16 had been sent off ahead of us — understandable at first — but the round turned into a three-hour front nine. If the club decides to let a large group go off, I feel they owe it to their other patrons to keep them on pace. However, under the making of a 6 hour round, we instead decided to stop after 9 holes. When I mentioned the slow pace to the clubhouse, the response was simply, “We had a large group out there today.” It felt apathetic and summed up the entire experience — indifferent service from start to finish. Certainly were great at enforcing where carts could not be driven, but not so great at keeping the course on pace. Disappointing overall. With a little more awareness and hospitality, this could have been a completely different day.

I want to Thank Trevor Muffley I am new to golf have had a few lessons with other coaches none of it worked or made sense. Two lessons with Trevor I can hit all my clubs. Give him a try very simple instructions. I am very very thankful. You are a Rock Star Trevor

My first time playing here/Myrtle Beach. It’s a decent course. Greens are faster than they look. In good shape. My only negative is that they pack you in back to back on tee times so you do a lot of waiting. 7 minute tee times isn’t ideal at this course.
