Greens were sanded so balls skided vs. rolled.
The fairways were a mixed bag with many dried out patches and one that looked it was used as a dirt bike trail - pic below.
The tee boxes and bunkers were in good shape.
The back 9 had a few memorable holes. However, the front 9 was repetitive with many holes similar in length and layout from the white tees.
Service in the shop and on the course was friendly and good.
Pricing is reasonable for the area.
Arcadian Shores is a decent first round if playing several rounds on holiday, it just won’t be the most memorable.

This was my first time playing golf at Myrtle Beach. I picked the course at random. I was not disappointed! The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. I was grouped with another gentleman and a couple. We started right on time and moved through the course at a good pace. Considering the snow and cold weather a few weeks ago, the course was in good shape. I really enjoyed the round!
