2024 - Yearly review at Club de Golf Vaudreuil. Finally got my 1st round in today at the course. Course is in great shape and the 10th green that was re-done a few years ago is maturing well. Always a baby fade to the far left to hold that green. Tough shot, but entertaining. Couple of fairway dry spots, but mostly due to the weather. As the season progresses, these areas should become lusher. Overall, in very good condition and always a pleasure running into the staff. Thanks again for a great day.
2023 - Thought I would update my Review from last year. Course is in even better condition. Lusher fairways, greens in great condition and overall a great golf track - some changes to the look of the course as many trees were removed last year due to disease (as with many other clubs). I can see that Management continues to invest in overall improvement. 👍👍👍
2022 - I play here regularly... Better condition than ever, some tight fairways and their greens are spectacular - they roll true... Lots of fun for any level of golfer... 🏌️⛳😁

First time playing on this course. We went early and was able to play just us (which is very appreciated for a beginner!). Course was very well maintained and staff was friendly. Definitely will be back!

Value is unbeatable in the area. Very courteous staff and the conditions are very good considering the heat and drought of the month of August.
As for the people complaining about dress codes and very basic rules about 1x bag per player, we don't want you or need you playing here.

This past Saturday I had the worst experience with an incompetent employee at Club De Golf Vaudreuil, which later I found out that this same employee was the owner/bosses son. So my girlfriend and I walk into the clubhouse and paid for our rounds, the employee at the front desk then told my girlfriend that she needed to change as her golf attire was too revealing. I found this very strange as I have been playing golf at this course for years now and all of a sudden they’ve implemented a strict dress code for a “public” golf course… mind you my girlfriend is wearing a golf/tennis outfit. We then said oh well and decided to purchase a polo they had on display in the clubhouse. We grabbed some food and grabbed our golf cart and made our way to the first hole. Drivers in hand and ready to tee off we notice the owners son lurking about in his cart. I had asked him about the new dress code before leaving for the start of our round and everything seemed fine. He even saw us off with 1 golf bag and the both of us leaving for the first hole. As I was about to tee off he then came over and said we couldn’t play this course with only 1 set of clubs. Confused I questioned him as he saw us off and mind you I’ve been playing this course for years and have had friends of mine who were beginners use my clubs with no issues. At this point we are under the assumption that he is trying to gouge us for money as there were no rules posted anywhere on the course about using one golf bag. I asked him where the rules were and he couldn’t give me a straight answer, nor could he even formulate a proper response in English. We recommend that no one play this course as you will be hounded for money, treated unprofessionally. To have a strict dress code for a public course, especially Vaudreuil is laughable, especially when they can barely keep their course in good condition. Vaudreuil is a course where you play if you’re new to the game, can’t get a tee time at anywhere else and don’t mind the course being in horrible shape. It’s a cheap price for the weekends. They turn away new golfers who want to try a new activity. Judging by the other reviews on here like father like son.

This past SUNDAY, Myself, my buddy and our sons decided to continue a tradition we started last year, a father son golf game, we are NOT good golfers, we do it for fun and exercise. We booked at CLUB de GOLF VAUDREUIL.
After 2 shots on the 1st hole we were approached by the Marshal who suggested we play BEST BALL….we told him that’s what we were doing, and played on. At Hole #3, there was our marshal buddy again, watching us from across the fairway. I approached him and politely asked him if he was going to be following us all day.
He told me we were doing okay, the group ahead of us were on their green when we arrived at the tee so we were NOT really behind, but his BOSS was pushing him.
At hole #5 is where the wheels came off. Our sons both shanked theirs into the rough maybe 50 yards away, as my son was getting ready to hit, he and I both saw the marshal once again giving us the “hurry up” signal. My son started bitching and swearing out loud, I tried to calm him down a bit, but honestly I was also fed up…we had been hounded since the first hole, non-stop, and enough was enough. My son approached his ball angrily and just slapped it 20-30 yards continuing his rant at which point he was approached by a “gentleman” inquiring what the problem was.
That person who was FAR from a gentleman, was SERGE BERNIER, he is apparently the owner of the course. When we explained ourselves he just replied that we were indeed taking too long and were 2 holes behind which was not true as I explained that on the last hole the golfers in front of us were still on the green when we arrived at the tee.
Mr. Bernier was RUDE, AGGRESSIVE and I felt some anti- anglo vibes from him, even though I spoke to him in French at one point…funny enough, while reading other complaints on GOOGLE, several others had the same comments.
Mr. Bernier continued with his disrespectful, aggressive, narcissistic attitude, and after my son told him we were not PRO golfers, just 2 sons and their DAD’S having a day of golf together, he told my son “IF YOU ARE NOT A GOOD GOLFER YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY ON THE WEEKENDS”. This was where I stepped in, we exchanged a few unpleasantries….he then exploded TOLD US TO GO AND GET OUR MONEY BACK AND GET OFF HIS GOLF COURSE. The worst thing is, his marshal warned me 2 holes before that the OWNER was 2 groups behind, and if he came to see us he would do JUST THAT.
We had enough of his shitty disrespectful, attitude, so we got our money and left and will never go back again…I want others to know about this and be prepared for it…or…spend your hard earned money at a course where they will appreciate your business and treat you properly. I have a personal message for MR BERNIER but there is a character limit on these posts, so it will follow this one on a different post.
