Club de Golf Milby Tee Times

Wow! We really enjoyed our round at Milby. While it's a bit of a detour from most everything, it is definitely worth the trip. The clubhouse is a huge white barn with the pro shop, a bar and large indoor seating area, and there is a smaller terrace outside too. The course offers a wide variety of holes - straightaways, doglegs, etc. The conditions were really good, and it is a fun course to play. With good shots you can score well from all the tee boxes, and my wife found the red tees were just right (not too long as on some courses). Greens can be tough to read, as they are quick with breaks, so arrive early and work on the practice green before you start. They have a good promotion on Sundays with a cart and drink.

Golfed yesterday with one of my sons to have a great son and dad outing. I golf maybe 3 times per year so I am far from a professional. I was very upset with the marshall. Kept pushing us saying the club was 16 minutes behind..then a hole later said we were 6 minutes behind. Kept on pushing us to the point it wasnt fun to play anymore. The one point for this review was to say I was very much insulted when the marshall said to us...look sir, this course is not to learn to play golf...he had no right to judge us. We paid our dues to play. This course thinks is a snotty high classed club. If you dont meet their standard of play..you are stepped on and looked down upon.. Snobby golf club. BEWARE.. think twice before going...you cant enjoy your game. I WILL NEVER go back!!!!! Pass the word. Go play somewhere else. Golf is a gentleman's game. They treat it like a Time is money. You pay big bucks and can't enjoy the game.

I visit the Sherbrooke area once every summer and this is my go to course every time that I am here. Absolutely beautiful place that is always in great shape. The huge undulating greens make it difficult but alot of fun! I love the layout and the old school feel of the course. Every time I have been here the proshop staff have been very friendly and the prices are very fair. I am definitely going to keep coming back every year that I visit.

The place is nice but the marshalls are way over zealous.

There needs to be a marshal, took 4:20 to play 18 holes... I, along with my 3 buddies waited a total of 45 minutes on Tee boxes. Greens were in amazing condition despite the summer we have had, thus the 4 stars
