Only a short drive from Thetford Mines, the course offers a scenic round on a fun course. There is no driving range, so expect a "cold start", but there is a practice green. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant upstairs is large with great views of the golf course. While we saw some players walking the course, we might recommend taking a cart for the first time you play - there are several slopes and hills to contend with, and it may be a bit of a challenge unless you are prepared for it. The cart paths, however, were a bit rough on the suspension. As you might expect on a mountain course, there is a fair share of holes that slope to the left, some to the right, some are uphill and some are launch pads from on high, so there is a good variety but not many flat, straight holes. The on-course toilets are portajohns, but clean. We found the pace of play to be a bit slow, but it did give more time to enjoy the views and nature.
