This has been the home course of my league from work since the 90's. It is really sad to see the decline over the years. Most bunkers are more rock than sand, if they aren't overgrown with grass. The fairways don't seem to be watered at all. They are horribly dry, huge bare spots, and because of that your ball can run an extra 50 yards or so. Greens are in equally bad shape, many of them are covered with equal amounts of dirt vs grass. It used to be a fairly challenging course. Very sad.
