Played our first round this past Labor Day (Sept 1) and was very happy with the conditions of all the fairways and greens. The range is a bit off site but can be accessed easily on the cart. My only complaint is the lack of sand in the bunkers. Maybe a 1/4” of sand then hard packed clay underneath. Great value for the price otherwise.

Could not have had a better experience golfing here. The gentleman in the pro shop was pleasant, price was reasonable, and the starter could not have been nicer. I haven’t played a course in better shape in a long time. Those greens are perfect right now. Quick, but in great shape. Had a great time.

Played a charity tournament here. Basic course, most holes played very straight. Some of the greens are on the smaller side, though, so tougher. Moderate greens, not a lot of mature trees, so pretty wide open. Greens and fairways pretty good condition. Driving range is off-site, so you'd have to drive your real car to get there. Per their website, weekend 18 with cart is $63. Can't speak to pace of play since only was there for tournament. Good course, but probably not going there often for that price vs lack of challenge.
