Course is in good condition and they continue to make improvements. Greens took a beating with the weather but are slowly getting better. Watch out for the rough, it is definitely the courses main defense. Prices are reasonable if walking and this course is definitely a walkable layout. The end season golf rates are a real bargain.

Played it the last week of August 2025. Four seasons in exeter was the worst course I ever played, but now grey stone is. Breaking tees trying to hammer them in tee box, like concrete. I never saw greens so neglected or in such shitty shape. 30 bucks 9 holes. 45 for 18. Don't waste the money!

Greens were in terrible shape. Course needs to cut weeds down everywhere. Two seniors in front of me paid $40 to play 18 with cart. Absolutely crazy. You can play better courses for less. .
