Overall the course is in great shape. Not 1 trap was playable, " MUDHOLE ". The layout was good with medium length rough, well groomed fairways, and nice maintained greens. Make sure you keep your ball inside the hole your playing. Lots of very tall grass and water to avoid.

Windy knoll is a great establishment, if you want to arrive with nobody at the pro shop, and have no one to help you when you arrive. This happened last year in december, and the manager tom reached out and resolved it relatively fast. After coming back out the remainder of this golf season and dealing with the mediocre customer service, at best, i continue to come back because the course it relatively nice for the area, and only a 40 minute drive. Well, I came again today after booking on golf now, and using my discount coupon, which you can only use once. And arrived to again, no one in the pro shop, no car in the parking lot, and so far, no answer from the manager, and its 8:05am as i’m typing this, and it says they opened at 8, which is when my tee time was. This course could be great with better communication and customer service. My experiences have been mediocre at best, and with the one last december and now, this may be my last time.

Not a bad course. somewhat difficult. All carts had torn seats and what kind of wore out. Fairways are not manicured at all
