As the photographer for an August wedding at Hiland Park, I had the privilege of witnessing not only a beautiful celebration but also a venue that truly elevated the entire day. Walking into Hiland Park, you immediately sense the purpose this place holds for weddings: the sweeping greens, the elegant interior spaces, and the thoughtful layout all lend themselves to both grand moments and intimate portraits. It is beautifully positioned within a scenic region, yet easily accessible. The team on‐site were incredibly professional. From the catering and service staff to the event planners, everyone was aligned, prepared and unobtrusive, enabling seamless transitions and beautiful captures of key moments. For a photographer concerned with light, vantage points and flow: Hiland Park checks the boxes. There were ample natural light windows, open spaces for group shots, and a sense of fluidity between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Gianna & Nick’s guests were comfortable, well cared for, and the atmosphere felt elevated without being stiff, a balance many venues struggle with. For couples who want a refined, memorable wedding experience, Hiland Park delivers. It manages to feel luxurious and high-end while remaining warm and welcoming. As someone whose job is to capture legacy moments, I found the space and service aligned perfectly with that mission. We had our wedding here in June 2025 and couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire team at Hiland is extremely professional and welcoming, from the very first interaction through every minute of our wedding day. Rachael and Dan made our wedding planning process so much easier than we could have imagined. We toured a number of different venues, but as soon as we finished our visit at Hiland, we immediately asked for a pen to sign a contract. Every detail you could ever think of has already been carefully planned out or considered by the team here. The planning meetings helped keep us on track and kept our stress away. We had all the confidence that Rachael had a plan for everything. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and attentive. Our guests still rave about how great the food was and how impressive it was to have so many options to choose from. If you are looking for an incredible wedding venue and experience, we could not recommend Hiland Park more! We can’t wait to hopefully come back as guests one day!
