Costs so much for so little. The course is in horrible condition- which is totally fine as long the price reflects this. The municipal courses in the area are in much better condition and are a legitimate fraction of the price. The tee boxes didn’t have tee distances or tee signs. The pace of play will consume your entire day. This course has potential to either be an affordable cow pasture or a dignified golf course with good conditions and a maintained course. Unfortunately, they choose to be neither. A realistic weekend price should be $23 to walk and $40 to ride for the condition and pace of the course. $64 for a weekend rate is a complete robbery. Improve the conditions and make this a dignified course or own up to the way it is a drop your prices.

Course is not as bad as the reviews say. I would say its a little better than Audubon and Grover but worse than Deerwood. Definitely worse than the better courses like Ivy Ridge, Harvest, Diamand Hawk which are in the area. I can see why people give it so many bad reviews as it's priced the same as the better courses in Buffalo but is below average making it extremely overpriced. Layout is very forgiving and open so you won’t lose too many balls. Still has a few dog holes in a few trees, so it doesn’t feel like an open field like Audubon. Has a range. Course conditions are a little below average with thick fairways and slow greens but not as bad as the reviews say. The one thing I will say that this course lacks is managing tee times and pace of play. Lots of lone singles and new 4some golfers so expect the course to get backed up a lot. If you can snag a deal it's worth playing (under $25 golf now hot deals with cart) but don't come here paying the regular rate. Just come here if you are looking for a last minute tee time and nothing else is available. There are always openings here.

Extremely disappointed. Played on May 26th in the morning after booking and paying online. It was extremely foggy and the Pro Shop wouldn't budge on weather/conditions. Had us tee off when you couldn't see 50 feet in front of you - as you can see in the pictures below. This was for the entire round. When I went back in after our round was complete (it wasn't even golf because you couldn't see the hole, your ball, a possible group in front of you, etc.) and asked for some level of compensation, the guy at the desk laughed at me and said "I'm on camera in here, I can't do anything." I wasn't even asking for my money back, just a credit for a future round when you could actually play safely. I was told to leave my phone number and the owner/Pro would call me. Wasn't holding out hope and of course no one ever called. Beyond just unplayable from the fog, you can see some other images below on issues with the course. The same huge divot/mud holes have been in the middle of the fairway #1 near the green for years. I have debated on bringing my own bag of dirt and grass seed from Home Depot to fix it for them. Unfortunately many of greens are diseased as you can see in the images and it's difficult to putt straight because of the veins and issues with the greens. Finally, I have never seen a course with worse cart paths in my life. If I was the company that leased them their golf carts, I would cancel that account immediately. They are undrivable. There are so many better alternatives to this course that are either the same price or in some cases less: Fox Valley, Dande Farms, Glen Oak, Chesnut Hill, Deerwood, Diamond Hawk, Links at Ivy Ridge, Terry Hills and then even municipal courses are in better shape: Audobon, Elma Meadows, Brighton, Sheridan Park, and more. Very disappointed in their "fog/weather" policy and not even a call back when I was promised one.
