As a wedding photographer I was a bit nervous about shooting a wedding I had here recently. I couldn't find any wedding images taken from other photographer either I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised there was some beautiful areas to get some beautiful portraits. Nice golf course in a country setting. Course is well maintained and marked. Greens were fast but fair. Good value for price

Played here on Saturday 1/10 - taking the time of year into account, I'll say this course is OKAY at best in its current condition. It has a great layout with some challenging sand trap placements, but there are also alot of fairways lined with downed trees or debris from where it looks like they are trying to clean the course up some, they just left it on the ground as another obstacle for you... There are a few holes where there is a slight different in the fairway grass vs. the rough, but for the most part, it's comparable to hitting in a well-kept back yard. Every single one of their greens were phenomenal though, and I truly enjoyed playing on them! Great greens will always make up for a courses downfalls in other aspects to me. In my opinion, it looks like they are trying to shape the course up and are working with what they got to make it a better track. I'm sure the course is in somewhat better condition in the spring/summer when the grass is greener. For 43 bucks on the weekend, it's worth it's price for sure.

It has been several years since I played MCC, mainly due to the hour drive and they no longer have the Golf Now hot deal. At that time I was pretty rough on the course conditions. However, yesterday I saw marked improvement on the course, almost as if they took my review in mind. The only thing I could complain about was the wet course made it play longer than normal, but that was my fault because I knew it rained an inch the night before. Still allowed carts on fairways. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in nice shape. Fairways were much better than 2 years ago, when there wasn't much grass to get good lies. I also like that they cut paths down the middle before the fairways started. There is a lot of golf property from the tee boxes to the fairways and most holes. Keep up the good work. This course is off the beaten track, but is a joy to play along with Farmville CC and Links at Cotton Valley.

Played today 11/23. Course was very nice. The pro shop lady was super nice to us. Nice little driving range and putting area. The course layout was super fun but also challenging at the same time. Just a fun experience overall and we enjoyed it alot. Highly recommended for an enjoyable round of golf.
