I play here 1-2 per year as a local. Course is one of my favorites in all of western North Carolina. The layout is fun and unique. The front 9 is where you pad your score and then you hold on for dear life on the back 9. It is a test of golf and well designed course. Staff is friendly (Mike in the pro shop was like an old friend my first time meeting him. I’ve heard great things about the restaurant from people I was paired with and other locals. I look forward to checking it out.

Stayed at Springdale during Thanksgiving week. Couldn't have been more impressed with the grounds and the staff!! Rocky Tavern was great! Ate there majority of dinners even though we had planned on only going once. My boys loved playing golf there in the afternoon. Shout out to the head golf pro Ashley for showing us such great hospitality and being so accommodating to my sons. Same to Wendy and Tamara at the front desk!! Wonderful people. My daughter loved the daily, fresh baked cookies! Robin suite was fantastic and served the needs of our family of 5. Already booked it for next year!

Great experience at a beautiful location. The room s are very nice and well serviced. The golf course is in great shape and also well maintained. The restaurant and bar area was worth time spend there. Lastly, the pro shop was surprisingly stocked with great deals. So surprise that we will be returning!
