12-31-25 last day 2025 and played Cedar. WOW! The course is in great shape and the greens are fabulous and lightning fast. Enjoyed it tremendously!

Cedar Creek was a great course to play while we were visiting San Antonio. It’s tucked in among hills and beautiful homes, there’s a lot of sloping fairways, elevated tees, blind dog legs it was wonderful. Challenging yet a blast to play. Would definitely recommend and play again if back this way.

The course overall has held up great since the renovations. There’s a couple spots on the course that are super soggy and muddy, specifically the green side rough on hole 3. Plush grass but super wet, maybe a broken water valve.
Also, the sprinklers on hole 12 green came on right as we were coming up to it. This was maybe 3pm so not sure why this happened.
And on hole 13 there was trash everywhere. Not sure if this was a golfer’s doing or maintenance crew skipping over it, but thought it could be noted.
Greens were burned thin in a couple spots but rolled pretty good for this time of year.
Fairways were great all around. Bunkers well maintained.
