Another disappointing experience at Hale’s location Hales Location Golf Course. Booked online tee times on their app at rate of $40 for 9 holes walking (120 for three people) only to be told the price would be $57. They refused to honor the price their reservation system confirmed earlier that week. I showed the pro shop the confirmation page which they decided to ignore. They stated it doesn’t matter what is listed on the reservation system or their website. The daily rate listed in the clubhouse is the only accurate rate. We decided to leave. Odd business decision to be ok with a lost reservation for over $150 with carts. The hotel lost out on sale of drinks and food after golf. Last time we will visit Hale’s location golf course. No apologies. Just Bait and switch! Golfer beware

Great 9 hole course with incredible views. Play d 18 and is worth it. Course is challenging with fairway and greens in great shape. Would play again.

I have just had the most bizarre and un professional experience with this Golf Course. I emailed them requesting a specific date and tee time and the cost. There was no email response, just an automated confirmation for a booking which didn’t resemble the requested time and which didn’t include the cost. I sent another email requesting that they responded to my mail with the availability of tee times on the date requested, and also the cost, rather than sending automated booking confirmations. Again, no email response, another automated booking confirmation for a time that still didn’t resemble what I was asking for. I have played at many golf courses around the World and the US, and have never experienced anything as bizarre as this when trying to book a simple round of golf. Even though we’re staying at the hotel where the course is located, we’ll take our custom elsewhere. I really just don’t get this, the absolute basis of running a customer focussed business is being able to communicate.
