Beautiful course with great scenery and well kept fairways. Very wooded which makes for a tight and somewhat challenging course. Thick ruff (play with balls you won't mind losing). Unfortunately there is no driving range, they have a small cage and a decent putting green. Overall a nice place to enjoy a round of golf.

This is a fantastic public course! I have played many public and private courses and found this one to be one of the better public ones. I played on a weekday and easily finished in 4 hours (with a cart). The views/scenery were a big plus as well.
Beware though, this course is challenging. For the first time in my life I had to buy balls at the turn after losing so many on the front 9. So for a novice golfer this course will be frustrating, but for intermediate and above golfers this will be a difficult but fun round. I will definitely be returning again soon.

A K (NYCPerformanceTennis) One of the best, and one of the most challenging courses in Westchester/NYC Metro region. I’ve played this course a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The rough on the course is as tough as any championship course out there—it’s a hilly and narrow course, and the greens give you another run for your money.
Speaking of money, unless you’re a resident of Westchester county, the rates are tremendously high for a muni-course—this was the only (serious) wrinkle in my experience, but the dates do come with complimentary carts equipped with GPS. However, you can get a deal after 3p via GolfNow—or a “HotDeal” via GolfNow, also.
The overall service was on par with any public course, there is a decently stocked pro shop and a good grill with ample tables to enjoy after the round—truth be told, I haven’t had any bad experiences to report, so Hudson Hills GC gets the max stars in my book.

A challenging public golf course. Discount available with a Westchester County Park Pass. Some Par 3 holes are not as challenging as other longer holes that include significant hills, wide rough areas and some water hazards. Uphill holes are very challenging. Some holes are as that challenging. Beautiful scenery.

Beautiful golf course. Challenges many golf skills. Course was in great shape. Could use Rangers as pace of play was slow.
