Pine Hills sets a high bar for public golf. Grass range, multiple short game practice areas and an awesome layout with great conditions. You can tell the staff takes pride in running a great course. Excluding Bethpage Black, it’s one of the best public courses on Long Island. You’ve got other courses charging the same prices (if not more) for 10x worse conditions and layout. It’s 45 minutes away from me and still feel its worth the drive and adding to my regular rotation. JC’s Restaurant and Bar is also a great 19th hole!

The Black Friday Toys for Tots outing at Pine Hills was fantastic. The staff was organized, welcoming, and clearly committed to making the event run smoothly. The course was in great shape for late November—beautiful fairways, true greens, and a fun layout for all skill levels.
It was the perfect mix of good golf, good people, and a great cause. A really well-run event, and I’m already looking forward to next year. Highly recommended!

Just played my first round of the year at Pine Hills the other day and the course continues to stay in good shape. The staff in the proshop are always in a good mood no matter the time of season. Can't wait for my weekly time to start back up in the Spring
