Totally overpriced for what you get. $80/pp and the 1st cut of rough is a cabbage patch, fairways have long stretches of thin grass/mud, green are mostly decent but with dead patches, and there are inexplicably areas around the approach to green that are just mud but not marked as "ground under repair."
The entire course is CPO but there is no warning of that on the website and is only brought up by starter (after you have paid).
This is still a GC under construction, but they are still charging premium price . Clubhouse folks were fine, on course staff not so friendly.
Would not play again until after all the contruction is done.

This golf course has amazing bones! Kudos to the friendly staff and the ambitious groundskeeping crew. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is lots going on around the clubhouse and on the course. unfortunately the vast amount of renovation Work really does affect the playability of the golf course at this time. The pros of the course include the layout the variety of golf holes. The greens were putting very true. The green complexes are very challenging. One major con was the lack of tee bed options to reduce the length of the course. This surprised me since it was being placed in the middle of a development and it’s shortest tees play at 5600. I can’t imagine that is very satisfying for a senior golfer, a female golfer or even a young golfer. I respect that this course is working on being a championship golf course but I think that some of the dirt moving should create tee beds that will allow a variety of golfers be successful .

I have always loved this course. I did stop playing at the end of 2025 because of all the cart path only conditions. I felt if I pay for a cart but can't use it on all the holes, the price should be discounted. Also, let us drive thr carts to the parking lot....all the other courses allow this and some of us are a little older and would appreciate it. Just played today. Course looks great and love the changes but please pay attention to the concerns.
