White Mountain Hotel and Resort Tee Times

Stayed at the WM HOTEL and Resort January 26. Absolutely an outstanding experience. We have been going to North Conway for years, and this hotel is by far the best. Excellent food, fun bar, great location ( about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown). The hotel is well kept and every staff member was great. Of particular note was the bartender on Thursday night (Jasmine?).The bar was full, and she was alone. Probably the best bartender/ server I’ve ever encountered! No exaggeration. A phenomenal job by her!

We come up to this area every Christmas and The Mountain Hotel is by far the nicest hotel in the area. The service is exceptional, all the staff greet you with a warm smile and wish you a great day. The breakfast is included and was excellent. Dinner last night was also a hit. Try the seafood chowder and the crab cake appetizer, yummy. The nicest part is it is just minutes to downtown North Conway but you feel like you're tucked away in the beautiful forest. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed here from December 23 to December 27. Very beautiful area...views of mountain ,near quaint town . Nice hotel, quite clean, apart for the elevators. Nice restaurant as for the view. Good breakfast, friendly waitresses. Our first dinner there was not good and expensive. Did not dine there again. Rooms on the second floor a little noisy at times from the people on the third floor. Problems with the toilet that did not always flush properly, and worse, cold water in the shower after a few minutes, and that in the dead of winter! But what really got us is that we had reserved a deluxe king bedroom with a couch as on the photo which we never got. They first had us in a handicapped room, which meant no carpet and water all over the bathroom . We refused so they then put us in a room with 2 double beds. Not only was that not very romantic, but the room was so cramped we kept on bumping into things. The receptionist told us she would ask her manager, never around, for some sort of compensation. Noone ever contacted us, and even though we asked to change rooms everyday, even willing to pay an upgrade, nothing was ever done. We even asked if we could stay an extra day for a price, but they offered us a tariff for more than twice we had paid for our initial reservation. We plan to visit Mt washington, a magic place in beauty, again with friends but next time, we will stay at the Glen house. Bigger rooms, even nicer views for the same price.

We have stayed here multiple times during the Christmas season. Nice rooms, friendly staff. On site restaurant is very good and it has a nice bar with cool craft seasonal cocktails. Breakfasts are also very good. Short drive to shopping and downtown North Conway.

We had an outstanding stay at white mountain! From the quality of the room, to the staff, the food was amazing! Do yourself a favor and try the crab cakes. All lump crab meat, no fillers! Fantastic! Then I had the steak. I cut it with a fork. And the bar staff were fun and attentive. I can't say enough about our stay. Can't wait to go back.
