I stayed here for orientation with a trucking company, and it was a great experience. The room was very good—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was great, and the view was excellent. The on-site laundry facilities were very convenient. The staff was friendly and professional, and they are very serious about enforcing the no-smoking policy to protect other guests. Anyone smoking in the room or on the balcony is charged, which helps keep the hotel clean and comfortable for everyone. The ballroom and event spaces were well organized and perfect for orientation and meetings. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and attentive without being overbearing.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—every detail felt intentional, from the quality of the linens to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was impeccable and consistent throughout my stay.
The amenities were top-tier and well maintained, and the common areas felt luxurious yet inviting. Whether it was the dining, service, or overall ambiance, everything reflected true five-star quality.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal, making the stay feel special rather than routine. It’s clear they take pride in delivering an exceptional experience.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. A flawless experience from start to finish.

I stayed at this hotel for orientation of a new job and one day while it was pouring rain, my key wouldn’t work on the side door when I was walking my dogs so I went through the lobby and had to get the front desk clerk to update my key and because one of my dogs barked one time the manager comes out and tells me that my dogs are aggressive and have to stay in the room, and I cannot leave them alone in the room, I cannot leave at all, the dogs cannot be anywhere in the lobby or we will be put out, and if I need to leave, the dogs need to go to a kennel across the street, even though I paid the $100 pet fee! The manager tried to confine me to my room! There’s not a microwave like they said there is, there’s only one that sits next to the snack machine in a dark corner. The hotel is very old. I found a tiny sesame seed like cockroach in the bathroom on my towel but because I had so many things and my pets, I did not want to move again unless I seen more. Luckily I didn’t, just that one time. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me multiple times in one conversation that he would put me out if I left my dogs in the room alone which I’ve been at orientation for 3 days and they did not bark once. The manager has poor customer service, and would not listen to anything I had to say. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and if you want a clean crisp hotel go to somewhere newer. The two girls at the front desk have attitudes also. I’ve complained to the company that I had orientation at and hopefully they’ll do something about allowing other people in orientation to stay at this hotel. I payed a $100 pet fee out of pocket and, they act like that?! They were trying to charge me $50 a day for both of my dogs, even though it said $100 max for entire stay, which I had to point out! They are obviously not pet people. They were aware of my two dogs and when I checked out, I walked straight through that lobby and neither of my dogs barked at anyone, and customers were even petting them. They were discriminated against because they are Pitbulls! This place is an absolute joke. I’m surprised they’re still open. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and I highly recommend people to stay elsewhere. I had a bad experience and uncomfortable stay. The pillows are dingy and the towels are stained as well. Oh, and one more thing, the place has a weird odor…

Horrible customer service, dated dusty rooms, needs a face-lift ASAP. Started bad when front desk attendant didnt want to check me in, but pointed me toward a kiosk (use your words). Poor customer service 😢 Got to the room and it was musty and warm. Breakfast the next morning was a huge disappointment. If it lasts until 10 then there should be adequate food put out at least until 945. It was mostly empty at 850...nothing refilled! Just horrible!

I love it here. 1st time here was for a fashion show about 25 yrs ago. Now that I'm an adult my family visits here whenever we're in town to take part in family functions. Staff is friendly and they always remember us and make us feel at home. Oh yeah... the breakfast is great!! Not just cereal and muffins, a full course breakfast you can truly start your day off with. As long as Whispering Woods is open, we'll patronize. Great job yall!!
