Great course. The front was a little easier than the back but it's nice to get warmed up before the more challenging second half of the course. I've played the white and blue tees and it is definitely more difficult from the back tees. The bar in the clubhouse is nice with friendly staff. Travis and the other staff host great events if you are considering a tournament or party of some kind.

Very fun, semi difficult, par 71 course. Pretty wide open front 9 with room to miss. The back 9 tightens up a bit and makes you target your spots. One if the toughest green mile finishes I've played in a while. Everything was well kept and the greens were flawless and perfect speed.

Lake City Golf may be the best Hidden Gem I have found in Minnesota. I say this after playing over 30 Minnesota courses in the last year. 9 times out of 10, I would prefer playing Lake City over its neighboring Jewel Golf Course, which is 3X the price and listed in the top 5 public courses in Minnesota. Even with a year of limited to no rain in Southern Minnesota, the green conditions are some of the best I have seen. Lightning fast! Fairways are green and lush. Roughs are beautiful and thick, unlike the dirt and heat kill you find on many others. The elevation changes and scenic tee boxes are among the top in the state. The course is forgiving, yet challenging. Wide open fairways lead to tree guarded greens. Then vica versa. The staff is friendly and accomidating. I live over an hour away and will make the drive many more times to play this fantastic course! I can not recommend enough!
