Visited on weekday. $15 for walking with 9 holes is a good deal compared with drivers ranges. Not many sands here.
Bob Cupp (December 27, 1939 – August 19, 2016) designed this course and also renovated “Augusta National Golf Club, Augusta Georgia” as masters course.
He designed many golf courses worldwide and was the president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects in 2012–13.

Copper Creek is a hidden gem! The 9-hole course is well-maintained and provides a great variety for players of all skill levels. It's easy to book online, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The golf carts are stocked with ice-cold water — a thoughtful touch! It’s wonderful to see the ongoing investments in both the course and the pro shop. Highly recommended!

Used to love this course; was a little gem. Not any more. It is in terrible condition. Horror show stuff. Greens are unplayable, slow, shaggy, still aerated, just awful. Some are dead. Tees also bad! It’s like they don’t care. Also a ripoff at $27 for 9 holes w cart! They should notify you that the courses in terrible conditions or just charge you less.
I would give them a “break” or benefit of the doubt but it’s been bad for years.
One little example: On the fifth hole, they must’ve aerated the greens in the fall, or whenever, and they the dumped piles of the plugs right next to the green! So it looks terrible, it smells terrible, it’s killing the grass underneath, and it’s stupid.
Positives: nice electric carts and still scenic views and holes
Negatives: everything else including pace of play. Disappointed. Won’t be back

Five stars easily awarded simply for all the major upgrades that are currently taking place. Soon this gem of a local course will be polished as it so deserves. I played the course last week to witness substantial work-in-progress, all under the watchful and caring eye of Sean the new owner.
While playing there in leagues and on my own for the past ten years, I watched Copper Creek slowly decline into a much less desirable course. It's exciting to see the course, pro shop, and staff is once again getting the financial backing and support it needs to regain its former prominence.
Thanks Sean, Tom, and the many others for your amazing turn-around efforts. I can't wait to get out there again to enjoy some of the many enhancements you all are working so hard to implement.
