My husband and kids and I stayed here while visiting family. We had a great time though we didnt use all the outdoor facilities. We primarily used the heated pool area which we had a ton of fun in. Rooms were clean and they have elevators to the upper floors. There is a bar on site with food. Service was pretty good, did their best to help us with extra pillows for our kids. We had a fun time and would absolutely stay again!

This is a great place to stay for cheap. They have a large pool, a hot tub, and a sauna, which were all very relaxing after a busy ski day. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was good. A lot of reviews say the beds are comfy and they definitely are! You get what you pay for and nothing less.

We had a great experience. I was initially scheduled for several nights but I was only able to spend one night due an unexpected conflict. The one night was great! The staff were amazing, I was contacted by no less than 9 staff members offering assistance and advice during my 12 hrs on site. The location and views were great. I have the feeling that this was quite an elaborate facility in its heyday, it is still well maintained and clean just a little dated. The included breakfast was standard hotel fare, it was a "buffet" with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and sausage links, neither good or bad just what you expect for an included meal. I must shout out to the food and beverage attendants who were outstanding. Despite it being a buffet they were on the spot with any requests and kept the coffee full and tables cleared with a smile and pleasant banter. Due to an unforeseen issue the room that I had reserved was unavailable, however the facility gave me an upgraded room with a fireplace, jetted tub and private patio. I really enjoyed the fact they had a sauna, a hot tub and a 9ft deep pool and I took advantage of all three.They even called me to explain the issue and notify me that I could check in early. I look forward to returning when I can spend more time.
