Great time skiing over the NYE holiday. The staff at all locations are wonderful. Decent price for ski lift passes. We stayed at the Chief VRBO. We have stayed at the main lodge before. Kids loved the tubing. Outdoor sauna and pool is nice. BYOB. Ivans had nice drinks and the food is good, kids enjoyed the selection and it was not too expensive during a break from the skiing. Glad they regroom the slopes at times before night skiing. Little bit of driving from VRBO to skill hill. Lots of people tailgate in the parking lot. Camp fires and ice shanty's 😆.

This place has become a joke. The attitude has totally changed. Rude, incompetent, not friendly. Rented skis for the kids, they weren't adjusted, not even close. Way too expensive for what you get. $109 for a lift ticket?! Who do they think they are? Go to Boyne Mountain or Crystal or Caberfae. Don't give this place a dime. Let this corporate joke die

RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! SAVE YOUR MONEY! We came ready to enjoy a round of golf. Instead, we were met with hostility, condescension, and a complete lack of basic etiquette from the staff on duty. Our group was upfront about having six players when booking. We were the only golfers on the entire course. Yet the course "manager" made it his personal mission to repeatedly interrupt us with snarky, unnecessary comments. His tone was rude, his attitude was aggressive, and his behavior was entirely unprofessional. We were respectful, cooperative, and doing absolutely nothing wrong. Still, we were harassed to the point that we could not even finish our round. This experience was embarrassing for the establishment and infuriating for paying guests. We will never return, and we will make sure others know how poorly we were treated. If this is how they handle empty tee sheets and honest customers, they don’t deserve a single dollar more!
