Spectacular event at Lake Forest Golf Club! We held our 50th Pioneer High reunion and welcomed over 150 guests! I served as the Venue Chair and worked closely with Karen (Edman), event planner. It was fantastic working closely with Karen and Gilda (Johnson) the owner. Karen always gave prompt responses (email and phone) for my questions and requests. It was wonderful to learn Karen is also a Pioneer grad and served on her 50th class reunion. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and offered excellent advice throughout the planning period. we booked our date two years in advance and appreciated the "insurance" of the refundable deposit. Everyone loved the space--bar area, buffet, table layout and patio--we used every inch of it! The food was delicious and really fed our hungry crowd from appetizers to dessert. We were thrilled Lake Forest allowed our own purchased cake to complement the desserts we ordered. The rent and food and beverage minimum were generous and allowed our committee to book this beautiful space. This is our second successful event at Lake Forest and we look forward to our next big event!

Lake Forest was the perfect venue for our company’s training and development workshop. The space was filled with natural light—windows everywhere overlooking a beautiful winter landscape—plus great food, plenty of room, and thoughtful attention to every detail. Everything was well prepared and seamlessly organized from start to finish. Huge thanks to Karen, Sarah, and Gilda for such a wonderful day.

Planned a work dinner for 65 ppl at Lake Forest Golf Club. From working with Karen, my event planner, the chef who made AMAZING food (I highly recommend the strolling stations), to Matt who helped us with whatever we needed that night, and the amazing servers Flynn and Jill (iykyk) the experience was spot on. We had the most beautiful night. The doors from the banquet room fully open to the portion of the deck we had under a pergola. There are couches, blankets and fire tables out there. Thank you to the whole staff that made our event amazing.
