Rocky Gap Casino, Resort & Golf Tee Times

So I received 2 free nights at the casino and I'm greatly appreciated of it. Although the staff didn't seem very happy. No smiles, acted bothered when asked for something. Sat for an hour at one of the restaurant to get a piece of cake. Finally left because it wasn't happening. Slots are extremely tight and bonuses are hard to get. To put it into perspective we lost $300 in an hour betting extremely low. No in between pays to keep you playing. Food was good at the restaurants and place is very clean. Staff needs more customer service training and needs to look like they like their 👍 jobs

The service throughout the resort—front desk, spa, restaurants, casino, and bar—is truly impressive. The beds are comfortable, the water temperature in the showers is consistently hot, and the rooms are spotless. However, I couldn't enjoy the TV from my bed due to the room's layout. The food at Lakeside Grille left much to be desired; my New York strip steak was as tough as leather, the baked potato seemed reheated, and the chocolate cake was dry and flavorless. On a brighter note, Sheri, our waitress, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. She's undoubtedly the highlight of the dining experience!

The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable — a perfect place to unwind after a day of fun. The casino itself is great, with a lively atmosphere and even designated smoking rooms, which makes it convenient for everyone. There are several good food options on-site, with something for every taste — from casual bites to more upscale dining. The staff throughout the hotel and casino are friendly, helpful, and make you feel genuinely welcome from check-in to checkout. The pool is a highlight — it’s covered and heated but still offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, which makes it feel both relaxing and scenic. The hotel also has a beautiful beach area right on the lake, a peaceful spot to enjoy the outdoors or watch the sunset. Overall, Rocky Gap is the perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment, and natural beauty. Highly recommend for a weekend escape or a longer stay!

Absolutely beautiful place. Room was clean, view of the roof and ac units was a bit odd since I paid for a Mountain View. But none the less it was very nice. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxing visit with pool and casino entertainment

We had a blast! I was somewhat deterred and worried about the horrible reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! Audrey at the front desk was really kind and helpful. We had dinner at the sports bar there and Avery was a great server. Avery was attentive, friendly, and took great care of us. The room we stayed in was fine, a little dated but not a huge deal for us as we spent majority of our time in the casino. The casino itself isn’t very large but they offered a good variety of slots and it appeared the people at the table games were also enjoying themselves. All of the staff we encountered in the resort were pleasant. I did have to call to add a person to my reservation shortly after I booked and the woman that answered the phone was very rude.
