First time playing this course, today. It was on my wish list for 5 years, and I finally made the trip from Connecticut to play it with my friend. I had high expectations going in, and they were exceeded. This place is unbelievable. The course seems to be the perfect blend of having difficult shots, but also reachable ones as well. The perfect balance, and plenty of hole variety. Scenic views - hole 16 might be my favorite hole in all of New England. Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was incredibly friendly, and inviting, which is always a plus.

This place is a real gem! Not sure how I hadn’t heard of it before, but very well worth the 70-minute drive from Connecticut. I’ve been around all sorts of golf courses for 50+ years, absolutely everything about this place is great. The course layout, maintenance, speed of play, staff, food and concessions, greens super (if you like fast greens with undulations), I could go on and on, but won’t. Can’t wait to return in the fall to see the foliage. Even if you. Elongated to a private club, get a group of your golfing friends and head to Southwick MA! You’ll be glad you did.
