It was the windiest day of the year and I have to say Waverly is probably the second best golf course I've been on all year long The greens were absolutely perfect they were quick and even though it's a short course the greens make it a very difficult course if you're not in the right spot on the green trouble big trouble can't wait for next year so if you're around Waverly or even if you're not it's worth the drive to play!

Super nice golf course, and it always has been. I spent my youth in this facility with my parents in the bar🫤. Obviously, the ground crew has changed in my fifty-four years, but the course is still treated with the utmost care. It was an absolutely perfect morning! People seemed nicer around here than I remember when I was a kid. I might even stop by again the next time I pass through.

This is an established golf course 18 hole in the heart of Waverly. The course has undergone management changes, most recently being handed to the city for maintenance and administration. We teed off the first front nine and exactly on time. The desk is run by friendly young people. Our cart was clean and ready to go. Once we teed off, it was very slow going as the group ahead of us had one set of clubs for four people! (Not sure why that is allowed on this course.) the weather contributed to a lovely day, and even though it was our first time golfing here at this course we felt at home and enjoyed it. Our impression is that the course has gone through some depressed years, but is being revitalized. It certainly did get a lot of use. The green fees were $20 for us senior citizens. I would rate this course as a medium difficulty, and we enjoyed talking to some of the regulars. We didn’t stop in the food area as we were off to a family function.
