We had a great time using their Stay and Play program!
We stayed for two nights, and played 9 holes one day and 18 the next. The pro shop staff was helpful and fun.
A couple of things I noted:
The whole staff was super friendly. Pro shop, Drink shack, Starter and Rangers.
The course was well maintained. Greens were perfect, few weeds and the grasses were all cut.
The starting hole (and turn) has a drink shack with bathrooms. ..but no one riding around with drinks.
The course played well for a guy with a slice and a high handicap. Which was refreshing!
There are restrooms about where I needed one
We left our bags on the cart over night. They locked them in the cart barn, which was another nice touch.
We ate each day at the club house.. which has a great bacon cheeseburger! (I had 3 of them). You have to be cell savvy, because you order and pay via the app, but we had no issues with the system.
I do wish there was a cigar bar or something expanded for drinking on site. There is no walking to get drinks. The closest bar outside of the clubhouse is the pier, about two miles away and then the town 4 or 5 miles down the road.
Overall a great, relaxing weekend of golf! We will be back.

This course is a gem. I almost don't want to say it because I love how uncrowded it is. For the $$ you almost can't beat it. A hidden gem of a golf course not all that far from Des Moines
in the last week
Golf Pro is very rude and thinks highly of himself. Seems like everyone here thinks there better then common people. Would not recommend going to this golf coarse
