Rend Lake Golf Resort Tee Times

I have to say this is the worst experience we have ever had here. We checked in and went to our condo. Everyone was kind and helpful. Once we got to the condo we started to notice weird things. The battery was pulled out of the smoke detector. We quickly fixed this. Then both my mother and sister sat on the chaise lounge and had wet pants after. We determined that the cushion and lounge itself were wet with some sort of substance. We were told the room would have a pull out couch. Apparently, that is in only some of the rooms. We had two chairs on the balcony. Only one was usable due to all the holes in them. We went to cook and discovered that the vent fan did not work. My sister went to use the jetted tub and when she turned on the knobs it started leaking down the side of the tub making it not usable without flooding the bathroom floor. The carpets were so dirty that we had to all wear something on our feet or they turned black. All of these issues were brought to the attention of two different employees that both said they would let their manager know. We never received any sort of call. At the cost of these rooms, this was unacceptable. I will never recommend this place after such terrible service. No one even attempted to fix these issues. Been several weeks and still no resolution to these issues.

Haven't stayed here. However course is better than most in the area. However why have a lighted range if you cant use it. After the clubhouse closes which is before dark the range is closed also.

The late night service was amazing and the morning from the desk not so much. I was referred there when the construction and traffic from northern IN had been so exhausting. It's the off season so I was able to get what is still a too high for 8 hr of sleep sleep. Same price as the junk 2 star by the highway and 4 cars in lot entire stay? Quiet and clean, yes, but room had mildew smell by beds and the coffee pot did not work. So in morning the front desk says coffee is ready in breakfast nook. Then as I go she goes outside to pet a dog. There ws 1/2 cup of crap coffee no sign that I could make another pot either aaaannnnddd no one to ask! Showered and was out way before 11 to finish the drive

The course is in great condition, the rooms are dated but very affordable, the restaurant is great, the value is unbelievable, and everyone we encountered provided top notch service.

We had friends stay in 2 of the condos out there and they were very nice and clean. 3 bdrm 3 bath each couple had there own area. They want to come back next year!! Pool is beauty. We stayed across the road from pool but easy walk and also could walk to play golf. Staff were so friendly.
