We can’t recommend Anna enough (our wedding coordinator!). She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. She took care of even the smallest details, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day. The venue was gorgeous, with spacious getting-ready areas and beautiful scenery for photos, and Anna made sure we were able to take full advantage of it all. The entire day flowed seamlessly thanks to her organization and calm presence. Anna truly became someone we could count on and a friend throughout the process. If you want a coordinator who will care about your day as much as you do, Anna is the best choice!

Mission Hills hosted our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. They met all our expectations and truly made the experience special. Anna was our wedding coordinator who made the whole process so much easier. She navigated us on the planning process and was always a text or email away if we needed anything. She was wonderful in every way and really treated us like friends rather than just a client. The venue accommodated all our guests comfortably and we got so many compliments on the delicious food and tasty desserts. Me and my husband are truly grateful to have found a place like this to celebrate our wedding!

From the moment we first set foot in Mission Hills Country Club and met with our coordinator, Gabi, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. Their communication style was incredibly supportive, collaborative, and flexible, making the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work was top-tier. The venue space is truly so charming, intimate, and timeless. Our winter wedding dream came to life at Mission Hills - the outdoor setting was made to sparkle with the lights they put up on all the trees, and the day flowed without a single hiccup. It was the best day ever, and we are so grateful to Gabi and the entire Mission Hills team for making it all come together seamlessly.

Our wedding was on 10/12/24 and I must say the hard work paid off with having Wanda as our amazing wedding coordinator at Mission Hills Country Club in Northbrook! We even had guests stay extra when they needed to leave early for personal reasons. Everything made our day perfect -- from the four course meal to the open bar. Our personal reason for choosing this location was obviously having Wanda as our coordinator, the floor to ceiling windows, as well as having the entire building be ours from 9 AM until the end of the night which made getting ready, photos, and the entire night feel safe and secure on top of just having an amazing location for our special day! I added two photos for visualization of how your day could potentially look! ❤️ Thank you again to the amazing staff and Wanda again!
