From the moment we arrived for our first meeting with Sara this past Thursday, we knew Boulder Ridge was special. Waiting for us at the entrance was a beautiful welcome sign congratulating us on our engagement. This was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch that immediately set the tone for our visit. We were completely taken by the stunning outdoor spaces. The grounds are picture-perfect and had us sold before we ever saw the banquet space. Sara was everything you could hope for in a Private Event Director -- warm, welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in our vision. She answered every question with care, offered creative ideas, and explained all the options available. We never felt rushed despite her other appointments. She made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. After viewing the banquet rooms, we were captivated by the endless possibilities. We’re praying for beautiful weather so we can hold our ceremony outdoors, but it is such a comfort knowing there’s an equally gorgeous indoor option ready if needed. We loved the experience so much that we returned two days later and said "Yes" to Boulder Ridge. Sara's attention to many details and genuine excitement for our wedding made our decision an easy one. Beautiful location for an intimate wedding venue. Lovely, elegant set up and scenic windows all around, plenty of parking, and private.

Our experience with Amanda and especially her manager was extremely disappointing. We hosted a baptism party here, and instead of being a joyful and memorable celebration, it turned into a stressful and frustrating day. The staff showed no professionalism, communication was poor, and every simple request seemed like too much trouble. As a member of the club, I expected at least basic courtesy and respect, but the manager constantly turned things upside down. I have never once been able to have a normal, straightforward conversation — every interaction was dismissive, defensive, and unhelpful. The lack of organization, the rude attitude, and the unwillingness to properly assist guests left a very bad impression. For such an important occasion, families deserve care and professionalism, not indifference and poor treatment.
